From Paris and Alex Perry to yoga and shoes, the 30 Days team sat down with Natalie Gruzlewski and found out her style, beauty and travel secrets.
How would you describe your personal fashion style?
I have three main fashion looks for work which include jeans, tailored shirts and boots for hosting Farmer Wants a Wife, clothes that pack light, are stylish and low maintenance for Getaway and a more contemporary classic style for the weather on Channel 9 News. I do love to frock up for special occasions and events my favourite designer is Alex Perry.
Weakness for shoes or bags?
I definitely have a weakness for shoes. They can really make an outfit and change the look quite dramatically.
Your best-kept beauty secret until now?
Liquid silica ... it's great for healthy hair and nails. I'm a big believer in looking after my body from the inside which creates a radiant glow on the outside.
Favourite city in the world?
I never tire of Paris. It's the most stylish city in the world, filled with an air of romance! I always enjoy breaking a fresh baguette from the local boulangerie. It's a beautiful city full of all the cliches we love and every time I revisit I find something new to explore. Of course the shopping is amazing and inspired by that all-so-stylish Parisian flair.
Your three travel essentials?
My camera to capture moments of the amazing places I get to see while I'm travelling, my iPod because I can't live without music when on a long-haul flight and of course my passport!
What has been your favourite red carpet look?
Simple and strapless. Anything by Alex Perry, he's an absolute genius when it comes to red carpet glamour!
What is your favourite way to keep in shape?
I love yoga, especially Bikram in the winter months. I also jog to keep in shape and I try and get my body moving at least three times a week. Exercise is a great way to stay balanced both mentally and physically.
How do you like to unwind?
I love being near the ocean. Being from the Gold Coast as soon as I get back on the beach I feel instantly relaxed. I love spending time with my family and friends and being an auntie keeps me constantly amused.
Trend or individual style?
I'm more about individual style. I like to experiment with the latest trends and I usually integrate these with my own style. This could mean wearing a classic dress with some funky heels or an interesting featured jewellery piece to give an outfit a contemporary edge.
One piece of advice you've been given and couldn't have done without?
"You always have choices in life"; this is the valuable piece of advice my mum gave me. Even when you don't feel like you have a choice about a certain situation or experience in life you can always choose the way in which you perceive it. I always choose to see the positive in everything I experience.
